The Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) of India’s Ministry of Defence was established at Bangalore, in 1984 to oversee the development of the nation’s Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) programme. Currently, P S Subramanyam is the Director,ADA HAL-Tejas uses as high as 45 percent composite in its airframe. Composite structure owe their lightweight characteristics to the designer freedom to place the load carrying material only where it is required.This is achieved by using lightweight, high-strength fibers embedded in a design matrix which can be oriented during the manufacturing process to suit the designers requirements.ADA has established advanced state of the art computing center with several powerful equipments and software. ADA has developed specialized software in the fields of computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided engineering (CAE), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), avionics, systems, independent validation and verification, flight simulation. The spin-off benefits of the research and development is realized with help of commercial partnership with leading multi-national companies such as Boeing, Airbus, IBM, Dassault Systèmes, Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC). Qualification: Candidates should have Graduate in any Discipline, Graduate/ Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management with minimum 7 years relevant experience out of which atleast 2 years in a Supervisory Capacity in the area of Commercial.
Age Limit: Candidates should not exceed 35 years as on 27-01-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC as per Central Govt rules.
Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on written test/ interview. .
Pay Scale: Rs. 16400/- For First Year 16900/- For 2nd Year .
