Job Profile:		1     Identifying the infrastructure needs of the organisation relating to Computer Hardware & Software 2     Providing computer support services both for software and hardware for the Organisation and its employees 3     Handling, maintaining and upgrading computer systems 4     Handling, maintaining and upgrading networking systems 5     Handling, maintaining and upgrading networking servers 6     Timely Routine Maintenance of Servers 7     Troubleshooting routine problems of Servers 8     Escalating ad-hoc server problems 9     Identifying and troubleshooting issues related to hardware & Software Systems 10  Assessing computer systems and communicating recommendations 11  Maintenance of networking systems 12  Assisting & training employees on usage of computer hardware and software systems 13  Coordinating with Network Operations Staff on Hardware maintenance
